Rebecca runs the High Country Business. She oversees all operations, employee management and handles all financial operations. Her organization and attention to detail is what keeps our company running smoothly. She will insure that all our customers receive the best care we can give.

John has been in the window industry for 13 years. He has worn many hats that have helped shape his knowledge of this industry. John has been with High Country for 6 years. He has been factory trained by all our manufacturers in sales and service. John is certified by the AAMA to install windows and doors.
Shane Thompson
Sales
Shane has been with High Country for 3 years now. Shane started as a new member of our employee installation team and quickly realized that he enjoyed this business and wanted to be more involved with the sales aspect. With his extensive knowledge of all of our products and installation methods Shane holds a unique position in sales that you won't find in many salespeople. He understands the challenges of the installations we do and looks past those to the end result and how to get there.
Jeff Foster
Sales
Jeff has been involved with the home improvement industry for over 7 years. Growing up in Colorado, Jeff began his sales experience by travelling with his father in all of the northwestern and southwestern United States as a sales assistant. During this time Jeff continued growing and gaining knowledge of the industry. Now, as a member of the High Country family Jeff simply strives for honesty and integrity with his clients and their needs. He believes that by having a good relationship with his clients any obstacle can be hurdled.
Alisa Christensen
Architectural Sales
Alisa is an Architectural sales rep.Her background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University, and over ten years experience as a Architectural Designer.She recently made the switch over to sales and is looking forward to helping with the continued success of High Country.
Melissa Rackliff
Scheduling and Service
Melissa handles scheduling, service, phones and inside sales support. Melissa's organizational skills help keep us on schedule with our deliveries and installations. She also insures that we have all the right materials to get the job done in a professional and timely manner.
Jeff Rivers
Installation Manager
Jeff does the quality assurance on every replacement project that we work on. Jeff also visits every job before we order windows to insure that everything we order is correct before it is placed. Jeff is the craftsmen behind our company. Jeff's attention to detail is what has given us our fantastic reputation of quality over the years. Jeff has been with High Country for 5 years now and is looking forward to growing our in house installation department. Jeff is certified by the AAMA to install windows and doors.
