 | Melissa Rackliff works at our front desk. Melissa handles scheduling, service, phones and inside sales support. Melissa's organizational skills help keep us on schedule with our deliveries and installations. She also insures that we have all the right materials to get the job done in a professional and timely manner. |
 | Jeff Rivers is our installation Manager. Jeff does the quality assurance on every replacement project that we work on. Jeff also visits every job before we order windows to insure that everything we order is correct before it is placed. Jeff is the craftsmen behind our company. Jeff's attention to detail is what has given us our fantastic reputation of quality over the years. Jeff has been with High Country for 5 years now and is looking forward to growing our in house installation department. Jeff is certified by the AAMA to install windows and doors. |
 | Shane Thompson is also part of our employee installation crew. Shane came to us with a background in hardwood flooring installation and refinishing. With his past being hardwood floors it was an easy transition for Shane to install windows and do beautiful interior wood work on them. Shane also handles all of hardwood flooring and refinishing jobs and is excited about growing that department in our business. |
